1. Try and go out more whether that is a local park or an environment you aren't use to or that isn't in your comfort zone to try something new.
2. Try sketching as a sort of relief or express your thoughts
3. When going out maybe bring a small sketchbook and draw your surroundings or something new that you haven't seen before.
4.Try new foods (seafood, different cultures, etc.)
5.Try out new hobbies or forms to express yourself (painting, writing, poetry etc)
Conscientiousness
1.Keep a planner and keep track of due dates or important events
2.Set alarms
3.Stay organized (work space, where you place your things)
4.Create a schedule for yourself to avoid procrastinating ( example: work for # hrs, break # mins, snack # min, continue work)
5.Never cancel plans last minute until necessary such as an emergency, avoid overthinking and have fun
Extraversion
1. Try to start conversation first but don't force yourself if you feel very anxious, do it at your own pace.
2.Engage with others who may have different interest so you can learn more about it
3.Contact your family and ask how they are doing (Siblings, Cousins, Aunt, Uncle, Grandparents, Parents)
4.Take lead in situations where you know you have knowledge in that field or if nobody else will.

1.Find ways to calm yourself down when you aren't in a good mood such as irritated to avoid lashing out on others.
2.Take time to yourself if you feel overwhelmed after a long day or maybe took much energy can tire you out
3.If you are having anxiety about something, its always good to take a walk or write it out anything you like to do to distract yourself.
4.Don't force yourself to socialize if you aren't feeling well or stressed
5.Avoid thinking of the bad and focus on what good you have done to help others or improve yourself.
