My Mental Health Plan
1. Make sure to always try to reach out to my friend/ family and make plans
2. Try to maintain a good sleep schedule so sleep at a reasonable time and wake up at a reasonable time
3.Go outside (Ex: play a sport, activity)
4.If feeling down, reach out to somebody whether it is a professional or somebody close to you
5.Take care of yourself (Showering, Brushing Teeth, etc.)
6.Eat a nutritious meals (Must include fruits/vegetables)
7.Drink water regularly
8. Try spend less time on phone
9.Treat yourself and do something that you like in order to relax or calm your mind if you feel stressed.
10.Be mindful and acknowledge your flaws and work on how you can improve them
11.Positive Thinking - (even if you make a mistake, don't beat yourself over it just learn from it and now you know next time, nobody is perfect)
12.Try and make new friends who have similar interest as you
13.Learn new skills (drawing, painting, cooking) something that will catch you attention
14.Don't surround yourself around negative people
15.Helping others is also another way you can improve your mental health making you feel accomplished.
