My Physical Health Plan
1. Getting good sleep is a major part in your health in general
2. Create goals for yourself, creating goals for yourself can definitely help you take things step-by-step and making you feel accomplished once you reach it.
3.Create a workout plan (yoga, weight lifting, etc.)
4.Make sure to start off by slowly and gradually warming up before you exercise
5.Eat a balance diet and enough protein foods (seafood, lean meats, legumes (beans and peas), soy products, nuts and etc.)
6.Build healthy habits (find methods you like to reduce stress)
7.Avoid eating out and making more home made meals
8.Do not starve yourself for a few hours and then eat a large dinner as it is not good for you
9.Drink water but not an exaggerated amount as it could lead to health issues if drinking to much
10.Avoid slouching and try to get use to sitting or standing in good posture
11.Don't let others ideals or standards affect you, focus on what you want to improve on.
12.Get regular check ups at your doctor to make sure you are healthy
13.Contact professionals such as a dietitian if you aren't sure what nutrients you should focus on your diet
